Tips for Filing Types in WebFile

The Commission is aware of issues with missing documents in WebFile. To prevent this issue, as well as processing delays to reclassify documents, please review the tips below. These small adjustments will assist the Commission in correctly classifying filing types, prevent missing documents and eliminate delays.

Filing Tips for Attorneys

Please note:

  • Letters from Attorney should reference only one individual claimant.
  • Letters from Attorney can reference multiple claim numbers for one individual claimant.
  • If an attorney is requesting to be removed from multiple claims for the same claimant, only one motion is required.
  • If an attorney is requesting to be removed from claims of more than one claimant, a separate motion should be filed for each claimant.
  • Claimant's name and claim number should match in the letter and all attachments.
